Córdoba: Information and communication technologies national capital or cheap blue-collar workforce and tax haven?

Abstract
The discourse of the government of the province of Córdoba aims at a city of technologies. the chosen model privileges the place of software companies and call centers, particularly those led by foreign capitals. We will look at the latest advertisements of the arrival of Intel in Córdoba and analyze the benefits offered by the government, in order to introduce some questions about the politics of industrial promotion. We will also look at the advantage and disadvantages of favoring the localization of these companies, and we will enlarge the field so as to include those nationally funded companies which take part in these production areas. what all this tries to do, then, is set forward a debate and reflect upon the impact of the model proposed by the government of the province.
