Main problems and potential of the Northeastern region

Abstract

The present work focuses to the region of the Argentine North-east as a set of provinces that present a complex reality, distinguished a series of common features that unify them as region and allow to examine his principal problematic ones and potentials. The analysis selects and organizes into a hierarchy certain aspects of the question, of way of offering a perspective centred on the strategic aspects for the regional development.
